Behaviour Mentor (Secondary School)
Are you passionate about supporting young people and creating positive learning environments?
This Ofsted outstanding rated secondary school in Camden is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work 1:1 with a student who requires additional support due to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviours.
What will you do?
* Provide individualized support to the student, working closely with the class teacher.
* Develop and implement positive behaviour strategies in collaboration with the school team.
* Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages the student's growth and learning.
* Collaborate with the class teacher to assist with classroom preparation and management.

* Experience working with children in a school setting.
* Proven success in supporting students with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviours.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to build rapport and trust with young people.
