2nd Line IT Support Engineer (Contract)
Contract Length: 3 Months
Location: Basingstoke
On Site Requirements: Hybrid
Full time working Monday to Friday
You'll join a small, proactive team, so a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to build good customer relationships are essential. Occasional travel to client sites is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve support tickets via phone, email, remote tools and onsite visits
* Maintain secure and compliant end‑user devices
* Manage backups and monitoring tools
* Onboard new customers
* Deliver M365 modern workplace solutions (SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender, Entra ID)
* Support infrastructure upgrades
* Build and configure laptops/desktops
* Create and maintain documentation
