About the Role
Reporting to the Production Control Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and improvement of existing manufacturing and production control processes and procedures to ensure successful production planning & manufacturing of crushing equipment within a fast paced manufacturing facility.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
7. Creation & Maintenance of Bill of Materials for Production & New Product Development
8. Processing Production & Engineering Change Orders
9. Processing Machine Spec Changes
10. Maintenance of Takt Schedules
11. Execute the weekly machine configuration process
12. Production support to the Manufacturing Department
13. Assist in monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycle
14. Create & Maintain production schedules
15. Drive Continuous Improvement Projects

About you
Experience & Qualifications:
16. Minimum HNC / HND Engineering Qualification or demonstrate extensive relevant knowledge through on job experience.
17. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle) would be advantageous
18. Competent in use of Microsoft packages
19. Experience of 3D modelling software would be advantageous
20. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
