* Support the academic and personal development of students as both a subject teacher and form tutor

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum in English
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to use a range of teaching strategies
* A genuine passion for supporting student progress and achievement
* A commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working
