* Excellent knowledge of government regulations, funding rules, and sector‑specific apprenticeship standards.
* Familiar with the ever‑changing apprenticeship standards within the construction industry and experience supporting assessors in the implementation and development of these.
* Excellent administrative skills and the ability to ensure compliance to both college and funding procedures.
* Excellent communication skills with apprentices, employers, lecturers, and internal teams.
Duties / Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of apprenticeship programs.
* Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards, funding rules, and organisational policies.
* Ensure that assessors deliver high‑quality reviews and assessments that promote and assure core values to protect and enhance the college’s reputation.
* Monitor construction apprentice progress and ensure timely completion of qualifications.
* Work with the College Apprenticeship team to conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards.
