Purpose
To guarantee finished goods storage and loading preparation in compliance with working instructions, safety guidelines, product safety standards, and ISO 9001 standards.
Main Responsibilities
1. Move pallets around the facility and store them in the correct storage bays.
2. Manage warehouse operations in line with system requirements and work instructions.
3. Prepare the loading area according to the loading schedule documentation and sign off.
4. Identify and report any product damage or quality deficiencies.
5. Load trucks as required.
6. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed.
7. Operate forklift trucks and other material handling equipment.
8. Perform daily equipment checks and report faults.
9. Maintain equipment to ensure daily functionality, following work instructions.
10. Carry out periodic stocktaking activities.
11. Optimize warehouse space utilization.
12. Collaborate closely with the Day Services and Shift teams.
13. Support colleagues and carry out additional reasonable requests.
14. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the working area throughout the shift.
15. Adhere to health and safety rules.
