OutThere RPO is supporting a client in their search for a Global Sales Manager / Head of Sales based in Fareham.
The primary purpose of this role is to understand, lead, inspire, and embed yourself within the Sales, Account Management, and New Business teams. You will work towards a 3-5 year scaling strategy for double-digit growth. Your main objective is to understand all aspects of the sales division, pipeline opportunities, and strategize for the broader business plan. Our company culture and values are:

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to surpass performance targets.
* Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to foster business growth.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure messaging and promotional strategies are aligned.
* Implement training programs to develop the sales teams skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
* Exceptional leadership skills with a proven record of managing successful sales teams.
* Strong understanding of sales planning and strategy development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
* Proven success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
