The RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis with a range of needs including:Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)ADHDSpeech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficultiesYou will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support plans and help children achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.? RequirementsExperience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar settingA patient, resilient and caring natureGood communication and teamwork skillsA DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through us)Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)�?
