A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its Residential Property team based in Harrow.
This is a great opportunity for a senior residential property lawyer who enjoys running their own caseload and is looking for a stable, long-term role within a supportive and well-structured firm.
The role
* You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders & third parties
* Seeing matters through from instruction to completion
* At least 5 years’ PQE in residential property
* Confident managing your own caseload
* Strong client-care and communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
* Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
