Electrician / Solar PV Installer (Surrey)
£40,000 to £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + performance‑related bonus.
Full‑time | Permanent.
We are a well‑established clean energy and electrical contractor based in Surrey, accredited with NICEIC, MCS and RECC, and specialising in solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and wider electrical installations for domestic and commercial customers.
Responsibilities
* Install and commission solar PV and battery storage systems across domestic and commercial sites.
* Carry out general electrical installation work to a high standard.
* Complete testing, certification and handover documentation.
* Work in line with site health and safety standards.
* Liaise with project and operational teams.
* Support high standards of workmanship and customer delivery throughout each project.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
* Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Previous solar PV experience desirable but not essential.
* Strong electrical installation background.
* Good attitude, professionalism and attention to detail.
* A desire to build a long‑term career in renewables.
