The Role
As a VIP Support – System Administrator, you will provide high‑quality, personalized IT support to VIP users. This includes troubleshooting, installing operating systems and software, and coordinating with internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with VIP users and fulfill their IT requirements.
* Coordinate with other technical teams to resolve VIP user issues promptly.
* Install operating systems and images on laptops/desktops.
* Install relevant software on end‑user devices.
* Connect monitors and peripherals to desktops at user desks.
* Collaborate with third‑party vendors for widespread issue resolution.
Your Profile
* Strong experience in VIP or executive‑level IT support.
* Proficiency in Windows OS installation and configuration.
* Hands‑on experience with hardware setup (desktops, laptops, monitors).
* Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client‑facing interactions.
* Experience working with third‑party vendors for IT support.
* Knowledge of enterprise applications and remote support tools.
