We are currently on the lookout for an Commercial CSR to administratively support the Commercial processes in the broadest sense of the word, and process/complete daily transactional requirements linked to each unit receipted into the business.
This is an onsite role in our Marston Green facility – this is not hybrid or WFH.
What you will do:
1. Reviewing of customer purchase orders
2. SAP Data Entry
3. Contract Review execution
4. OTD Management and Exchanges
5. Generation of customer Pricing and Quotation
6. Invoicing of customer orders
7. Administrative transactions relating to the above activities
8. Resolution of queries relating to the above activities
9. Credit and Debit Notes where required.
Qualifications we prefer:
10. Experience in a Customer Facing role – Essential, this can be from any sector but must be a mixture of customer care and administration.
11. Administrative accuracy and efficiency
12. Experience dealing with customer purchase orders and/or contracts
13. Attention to detail and a proactive work approach
14. Ability to work within a Team and strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
15. General import and export regulations for EU and US, Texport would be advantageous
16. Computer systems: SAP, Word, Excel are essential
17. Experience in compliance with quality policies as contained in procedures and quality manuals highly desirable.
