About the role: We are seeking a high-potential IBP & Workforce Planning Analyst to play a key role in strengthening and evolving our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capability. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond coordination, offering the opportunity to embed best-in-class planning disciplines, influence strategic decision-making, and shape the future of IBP and workforce planning across the organisation. Working closely with the IBP Lead, you will act as a trusted partner in delivering the IBP operating cadence while driving continuous improvement in how we plan, forecast, and make informed business decisions.
