What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining our 5-star food hygiene rating and ensuring food safety compliance.
-Assisting with kitchen training, operations, and maintaining top-quality food prep and presentation.
- Leading your section with confidence, managing orders and ticket times, while working closely with the kitchen team to deliver a smooth service.
- Flexing across different kitchen stations as needed, with full menu knowledge to back you up.
- Helping with stock control, ordering, deliveries, and keeping the kitchen organised and efficient.
- Communicating clearly and mentoring kitchen team members to support their growth and development.
- Supporting the Head Chef to hit key targets for food quality, speed, and labour efficiency.

- Experienced in busy, high-volume kitchens (2+ years), with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
