As a Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to empower individuals by helping them develop the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality support. You'll play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
You will deliver engaging, supportive training to ensure our teams stay up-to-date with best practices, feel confident in their roles, and remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
Additionally, you will have the chance to share your expertise in mental health and suicide prevention, raising awareness and improving support across communities. Your training will make a lasting difference in people's lives.
Who We're Looking For
* Experience delivering effective training workshops, preferably in adult learning.
* An understanding of mental health and suicide prevention is a plus; training can be provided if needed.
* Ability to connect with and engage diverse audiences, delivering training in a warm and approachable manner.
* A genuine interest in helping others grow and develop, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
