Location: Belmont Secondary School, Rawtenstall, BB4 6RX
5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

Were on the lookout for a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Pastoral Support Worker to join our dynamic team and be a key player in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and empowering school environment.
Youll provide pastoral and emotional support to pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Working closely with teachers, parents and external agencies, youll model positive behaviour, encourage inclusion and wellbeing, and be a visible, supportive presence throughout the school day.
From small-group sessions to enrichment activities and day-to-day mentoring, every moment you spend will help our pupils build confidence and resilience.
Youll be a calm, caring and proactive team player with great communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
Full UK driving licence
Experience in pastoral support, youth work or education (desirable)
