Female Support Worker – Waking NightsLocation: Woodborough, NottinghamPay rates: £13.13 per hour flat rate – Weekly or Monthly pay availableHours: Waking nights - Monday - Sunday: 22:00pm – 9:15amWe are looking for a female support worker to join a small, dedicated team providing one-to-one overnight support for a friendly and independent woman living with a high-level spinal cord injury (C6/7 Tetraplegia).She is articulate and enjoys reading, gardening, visiting garden centres, and swimming. She values calm, capable support that allows her to maintain her independence, comfort, and dignity.About the RoleYou'll provide respectful and attentive support throughout the night, ensuring comfort, safety, and personal care needs are met. There are occasional 2:1 overlaps with another team member when needed.This role involves:Providing personal care, including continence and bowel management.Supporting with repositioning, using appropriate equipment.Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring a peaceful night's rest.Promoting dignity, choice, and a person-centred approach at all times.Experience supporting someone with a spinal injury is highly valued, as is confidence in continence and bowel care.
