The Role
We are looking for a Director to lead our Commercial Projects business focused on the NHS. The team operates at the intersection of KPMG's healthcare advisory and Deal Advisory capabilities. The Director will focus on helping NHS organizations increase their commercial focus and organization, including generating additional income, forming deals with the independent sector, or optimizing asset utilization. Responsibilities include advising on partnerships, joint ventures, group structures, and large contracts. The Director will lead a team offering services from opportunity identification to financial advisory and ventures.
The ideal candidate will have healthcare sector experience, corporate finance skills, and a background in complex public sector transactions.
While the focus is healthcare, skills can be applied to similar sectors facing comparable challenges.

* Leading market relationships with key clients and prospects
* Developing sector-based propositions for clients
* Identifying and pursuing new opportunities
* Collaborating across teams for multidisciplinary service delivery
* Building and maintaining client relationships

This role is based in the UK with occasional international travel.
