Purchase Ledger Assistant
Jenson Fisher is delighted to be working exclusively with an expanding organisation based in Stirling to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, friendly team. The role is office-based, with working hours from 9am to 5pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
Responsibilities:
1. Generating purchase orders
2. Matching and processing invoices
3. Dealing with supplier queries
4. Conducting weekly payment runs
5. Processing payments
6. Reconciliation of supplier statements
7. Completing month-end tasks
8. Performing general administration duties
Skills Required:
* Essential: Purchase Ledger experience
* Preferred: Sage experience
* Highly proficient in Excel
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong team player
* High attention to detail
