Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Stores and Logistics Coordinator based in Newark-On-Trent, with some work-from-home flexibility. The coordinator will manage inventory, ensure the smooth operation of store activities, coordinate logistics for product distribution, communicate with customers for order updates, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, the role involves supporting the training of team members and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on professional interactions and issue resolution
* Proven experience in Retail Sales and store management
* Excellent Organization Skills to ensure accurate inventory management and operational efficiency
* Experience in Training and mentoring team members
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment and independently when working remotely
* Proficiency in using inventory management and logistics software is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous - as is a HGV Class 1 / 2 licence.
