We're on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a leading consultancy team based in Derby.\nYou'll be travelling across the UK (all expenses covered!) delivering professional asbestos surveys, conducting re-inspections, delivering briefings, and compiling clear, compliant reports. Each day brings new environments-from schools and hospitals to industrial sites and residential buildings.\nThis isn't just a job-it's a career with purpose and variety.\n________________________________________\n🔍 Your Day-to-Day\n* Conduct Asbestos Management & Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys\n* Carry out annual re-inspections of known ACMs\n* Deliver asbestos awareness briefings to site teams and clients\n* Write and review detailed, accurate survey reports\n* Work across diverse sectors: retail, healthcare, construction, education, residential, and more\n________________________________________\n👀 What We're Looking For\n* P402 qualified (or equivalent)\n* 2+ years as a Lead Surveyor\n* Strong communicator, dependable and proactive\n* Flexible for UK-wide travel and regular overnight stays\n* Comfortable working across a range of environments (care homes, construction sites, office buildings etc.)\n* GCSEs in Maths & English (A-C or equivalent)\n* Confident with Microsoft Word & Outlook\n________________________________________\n🛠 Why You'll Love It Here\nYou'll be part of a passionate, supportive team with a long-standing reputation for excellence in health & safety.
