Are you an experienced supervisor looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a confident and hands-on Machine Supervisor to lead and support a night shift production team at a well-established facility in central Farnham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join at a time of change and growth. You’ll be responsible for maintaining efficient machine operations while motivating a small team and upholding high standards across quality, safety, and performance.

12-month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm – 6:00am

Oversee the preparation, setup, and safe operation of production machinery
Lead, train, and support the night shift team to meet targets and maintain productivity
Monitor production output and ensure adherence to quality standards
Identify and troubleshoot machine faults or inefficiencies, escalating when needed
Ensure accurate completion of shift records and reports, including machine logs and safety checks
Enforce health & safety compliance and ensure team adherence to operational guidelines
Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departmentsSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Proven experience operating and overseeing machinery within a production or manufacturing setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage others
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail
Confidence to make decisions under pressure and communicate clearly across teams
A solid understanding of health & safety and quality control standards
