The Head Baker Role
* Lead and develop the savoury section and a team of three
* Create, cost, and implement a brand-new brunch menu from scratch
* Ensure all recipes, allergy protocols, and roll-out procedures are managed
* 70% hands-on production and 30% administrative duties
* Manage your own time in this 7-day operation
The Ideal Head Baker
* Proven experience as a Head Baker, with strong baking skills
* A creative and operational mindset, skilled in recipe development and costing
* Excellent knowledge of allergies, food safety, and large-scale production
* A natural leader and mentor, keen to develop both the team and the section
* Ambitious, young in spirit, and eager to grow with a forward-thinking company
