Role Overview:
As a Bodyshop Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring all work meets manufacturer and industry specifications. You'll work closely with colleagues across the bodyshop to deliver outstanding results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mix and match paint colors to ensure accurate finish
* Apply base coats, lacquers, and finishes to accident-damaged vehicles
* Carry out touch-ups and refinishing where required
* Ensure all paintwork meets manufacturer and industry quality standards
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Work collaboratively with the wider repair team to meet deadlines
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Automotive/Bodyshop Painter (essential)
* Strong knowledge of vehicle painting techniques and materials
* Ability to produce high-quality finishes consistently
* Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Understanding of health and safety procedures within a bodyshop environment
