EU Brand Manager - Fabric Care

Summary
This position is responsible for supporting Vanish portfolio with the focus on Europe:
1. Support defining activation roadmap & timing to enable IMEX and Area target delivery. Ensures CGO 3Yr plan fit for purpose for region / key markets
2. Support innovation delivery to IMEX and sign-off of Launch recommendations for key initiatives
3. Support delivery of the activation toolkits to IMEX encompassing communication assets, trade story, 4P principles
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Overall
4. Partner for the ABD and Creative AOR to deliver Creative & Comms work.
5. Partner with the I&A consumer insights to fuel our Creative & Comms.
6. Partner with the Design and project teams for smooth and timely LAW development.
Insight
7. Contribute to a live bank of powerful consumer insights to fuel our Equity, Creative & Comms
Comms Planning
8. Support the Activation Roadmap and Timing to enable Area/Market targets
9. Make sure local needs/ regulatory requirements and timelines are respected and integrated into comms development process
Comms Development
10. Support the build of Creative Idea, Core Creative Assets and core communication for all Activations (TVC/Video, KV / In-store / Digital /ecomm Templates & others TBD by project) ensuring full funnel requirements/ sufficiency with receiver markets
11. Cooperate on overall comms plots development, to drive synchronization in consumer and HCP comms development, where appropriate
Comms Deployment
12. Support the provision of Activation Toolkits (Innovation / BDIs) tailored by market cluster / Job to be Done. MMR like process to collect feedback, finding supplier, creating POSM catalogue for markets to order. Localization done by Markets.
13. Support the deployment of Master Asset toolkit to markets for localization (Comms & Design)
Partnerships
14. Support our key Area partnerships to maximise impact on Equity and Performance. Ensure IMEX teams fully enabled through timely guidelines and toolkits.

16. Project Management Experience
17. Brand Management Experience as a Brand Manager or at least 2-years as an Assistant Brand Manager
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
18. Marketing experience: be able to demonstrate good marketing skills developed within the FMCG environment, Household care / Fabric Care experience of benefit.
19. Brand Equity and Creative & Comms Experience: be able to demonstrate Brand Equity and Creative & Comms skills developed within the Household care/ Fabric Care.

27. The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other language(s) is advantageous.
