Waiting Staff – Monty's Diner, Liverpool Airport
Part time contracts until end of September 2026.
Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour plus an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your total rate to £14.05 per hour. Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge.
Hours of operation are 3 am to 10 pm. Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
About You

- Be passionate and kind while always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
- Have 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check.
- Be 18 years of age or over and able to serve alcohol.
About the Waiting Staff Role
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations alongside kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Handle payments and customer queries professionally.
- Support opening, closing, and restocking duties as needed.
- Work collaboratively as part of a busy and energetic team.
