The Role
As a Sales and Operations Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by empowering the sales team with the resources and support they need to excel. You'll oversee developing and implementing strategies, tools, and processes that enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. Your leadership will ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts, ultimately contributing to the success of the events and the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Requirements
* Sales Enablement Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that supports our goals and aligns with our company's vision. Identify opportunities to optimise sales processes and enhance sales team productivity.
* Sales Enablement Tools and Resources: Identify, evaluate, and implement sales enablement tools and resources, such as CRM systems, sales automation software, and training platforms, to streamline sales operations and improve performance.
* Sales Content Development: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and other materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our event and drive customer engagement.
* Sales Training and Development: Design and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and resources to equip the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure continuous improvement.
* Sales Process Optimisation: Analyse sales processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously monitor and refine processes to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
* Sales Performance Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance and effectiveness. Regularly analyse data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales enablement initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities.
Salary and Benefits
* 70-75k Base Salary + Bonus
