The Role
• Partner with the Lead Consultant and senior team members to deliver technical and digital recruitment projects across multiple global clients
• Take ownership of the candidate journey, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from first contact through to placement
• Source, engage, and manage high-calibre technical and digital talent
• Build strong candidate relationships and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Collaborate with international teams across the UK, US, and South Africa
• Play a key role in scaling an already successful, high-performing technical delivery function
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in delivery, sourcing, or candidate management (agency or in-house)
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the candidate experience
• A genuine interest in technology and digital recruitment
• Confidence working alongside senior consultants in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ambition to grow within a specialist, international business
What’s In It For You
• £30,000–£35,000 base salary + commission
• Hybrid / remote-first role – must be within commutable distance of Warwick for team meet-ups (1–2 times per month)
