Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the UK Rail Division, including sales, after-sales, and marketing by adopting a global key account management approach.
* Develop and implement strategies to grow the rail business in the UK, increasing market share.
* Project manage key contracts, ensuring customer/contractual requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met.
* Account manage key contracts, ensuring accurate pricing, budgeting, and stock control.
* Work closely with HQ Germany to align with corporate objectives and coordinate projects/contracts.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industry.
* Represent the UK Rail Division at industry events and conferences to position the business as a leader in the rail battery sector.
