Our son has a diagnosis of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and autism. We need support on Friday evenings from a regular basis to assist him. This will include personal care as needed, support to get from school or activities, and socialising at home or out in the community as required.
We are seeking someone with experience working with children with special needs, ideally with knowledge of care needs related to his diagnosis.
