Operations Manager/Facilities Manager - Inverclyde, Scotland
A rapidly expanding property management company is looking for an Operations Manager to join them at a shopping centre in Inverclyde.
The business is going through positive change and growth, so you will be joining a very ambitious and motivated culture. The property is a key for its local demographic and a popular location for families and couples and hosts a range of events through the years.
You will:
* Deliver excellent facilities services and customer experience
* Ensure compliance with policies and regulations at all times
* Oversee health and safety
* Maintain effective relationships with tenants
* Manage the budget effectively
You are:
* An Operations Manager, Facilities Manager or Contracts Manager
* Ideally working in Shopping Centres or Retail, or with relevant experience in a similar sector
* Experienced in contractor management
* An effective communicator with the ability to engage with different people
* IOSH or NEBOSH is desirable
