Salary – £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on interview performance & experience)

We are currently offering the opportunity to improve and streamline commercial operations within an innovative biotechnology company based in Cambridge.

The Role
As the Commercial Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and improving the company’s CRM system,
* Setting up and refining sales processes,
* Automating manual tasks to improve efficiency and reduce administrative workloads,
* Working closely with other departments to identify and resolve process gaps or inefficiencies,
* Ensuring consistent processes, data, and ways of working across all teams and regions.
Current / Recent Experience Required:
* 4+ years of experience within commercial operations, sales operations, or a similar role (essential)
* Prior experience within the life sciences or biotechnology sector (essential)
* Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar (essential)
* Proven experience improving commercial operations (essential)
Profile Required:
* Existing UK work eligibility (essential).
* A valid driving licence and car access – this role requires travel occasional travel (essential).
* Happy to commute (on a hybrid basis) or relocate to Cambridge (essential).
