The Role
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility across hospitality operations, food and beverage, and the wider soft services to include visitor experience across a London portfolio.
The food and beverage operation will be a massive focus from top to bottom - cafes, restaurants, bars, events - all aspects lead into this foodie role.
The successful candidate will oversee and develop customer-facing propositions across multiple locations, helping shape standards, operational consistency, supplier relationships, activations and overall experience delivery.
The role combines strategic input with operational involvement and requires someone comfortable working closely with site teams to continually improve standards and customer engagement.
Key areas of focus will include:
* supporting the ongoing development of customer-facing propositions
* improving operational consistency across sites
* managing supplier relationships and commercial performance
* contributing to events, activations and customer initiatives
* enhancing presentation, atmosphere and customer experience
* identifying new food and beverage ideas and opportunities to evolve the offering

The Candidate
We are interested in speaking with commercially minded operational leaders who have strong experience with food and beverage within customer-focused, multi-site environments.
Backgrounds could include hospitality, leisure, retail, food service, lifestyle, consumer or other operationally led businesses where customer experience, quality food and service standards are important.
The successful candidate will likely have strong operational credibility, attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships across different teams and stakeholders.
Multi-site experience will be advantageous, alongside commercial awareness, food & drink development, supplier management experience and a practical understanding of balancing standards with operational performance.
The role will suit someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and the opportunity to help shape and improve a growing customer proposition.
