Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an iconic entertainment brand as their Digital Marketing Manager, taking ownership of their digital platforms and CRM strategy during an exciting period of growth.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping the customer journey, building a loyalty programme, and ensuring that digital channels deliver seamless, engaging, and conversion-driven experiences for audiences worldwide.
Working within a small, collaborative commercial marketing team, this is a newly created position with the chance to make a real impact on the brand’s digital and CRM strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the management and optimisation of the website, ensuring smooth UX, SEO best practice, and customer journey improvements.
* Design and implement CRM and loyalty programmes from the ground up.
* Collaborate with ticketing and sales teams to increase conversions and repeat visitation.
* Implement audience segmentation and marketing automation to enhance customer engagement.
* Provide insights and reporting to inform ongoing digital strategy and campaign optimisation.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Solid experience managing ecommerce websites, CRM systems, and digital customer journeys.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Dotdigital (or similar).
* Strong understanding of UX, SEO, and website performance metrics.
* Experience in audience segmentation, automation, and loyalty programme development.
* Ideally from an entertainment, ticketing, or live events background.
