The role requires collaboration across Cost and Procurement and the supply chain, working with the Service Management community to deliver functional enablement, training, communication, and people strategy. Reporting directly to the Cost & Procurement Insight and Enablement Lead, responsibilities include:
* Gather insights from stakeholder surveys, supplier surveys, market insights, and benchmarks; work with cost partners, category managers, service managers, and suppliers to achieve excellence in Cost and Procurement.
* Develop and implement a people capabilities plan aligned with current and future talent development strategies.
* Achieve measurable improvements in People capabilities, aiming for upper quartile results across all areas.
* Translate business and functional goals into team objectives.
* Embed and promote our operating model and frameworks, increasing brand awareness.
* Create a Cost and Procurement people development model aligned with standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.
