SIXT is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Country Sales Director (UK). Are you ready to take ownership of one of SIXT's most strategic markets? We are looking for an inspirational sales leader to drive our UK B2B growth strategy and lead our high-performing sales organization across multiple channels. As Country Sales Director (UK), you will be responsible for accelerating new customer acquisition, expanding existing business, and scaling our sales performance across a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping SIXT's market presence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences as we continue our rapid international expansion.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a UK go-to-market sales strategy that drives revenue growth and increases market share.
* Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of around 17 sales professionals across SME, Key Account Management, Replacement, Travel Agency Sales, and Inside Sales.
* Customer Growth: Drive new business generation while strengthening existing customer relationships and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Pricing & Yield, Marketing, and HQ teams in Germany to align strategic goals.
* Brand Representation: Represent SIXT at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as the ambassador for our UK B2B sales organization.
* Data-Driven Performance: Manage sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reporting to ensure informed, data-based decision-making and accountability.
