Seeking a highly commercial Senior Business Development Manager to join stunning, renowned, high-end events and wedding venue in the Buckinghamshire / Hertfordshire area. Set within stunning grounds and offering luxury accommodation for guests.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive BD professional to play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening the venues reputation as a market leader.
Reporting to the DOSM.
Responsible for generating new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Work with high level corporate clients, event agencies and private customers.
Key Responsibilities
Experienced business development leader responsible for driving revenue growth across weddings, corporate events, private functions, business summits, postgraduate education events, and executive-level AGMs.
Proven track record of securing Tier 1 blue-chip and Fortune 500 clients, managing high-value accounts, leading BDM teams, and developing strategic partnerships.
Strong commercial acumen with expertise in sales strategy, pricing, CRM pipeline management, relationship building, negotiation, and delivering tailored client solutions while consistently exceeding targets.
