Swarm Recruitment is collaborating with Seatrium Offshore Renewable Services Ltd in its search for a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the renewable energy industry and contribute to various aspects of company compliance. By working alongside experienced staff, you will have the chance to develop a diverse range of business knowledge and skills through hands-on learning.
About Seatrium
Seatrium Offshore Renewable Services Ltd is a UK-based company specialising in engineering and maintenance services for the offshore renewable energy sector. Based in Lowestoft, Suffolk, Seatrium ORS offers hook up, commissioning, operational maintenance, warranty and logistical support for their clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Help teams create procedures, instructions, and safety documents
* Keep management system documents up to date and organised
* Track progress on quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) plans and audits
* Create reports and training materials
* Support compliance and risk management activities
* Assist with planning and tracking environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals
* Help maintain risk and legal compliance registers
* Support ISO 9001 certification and other accreditation efforts
* Maintain the document control register accurately

Working Week
Core working hours are 39 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm (1-hour lunch), Friday 8:30am–4:00pm (30-minute lunch). This position is office-based.
Desired Qualities
* Organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail
* Candidates who hold a level 3 qualification in Business Administration may be eligible to progress directly to a Level 4 Apprenticeship. Alternatively, upon successful completion of the Level 3
* Apprenticeship, there are opportunities to pursue higher-level qualifications
* Great communicator, both written and spoken
* Passionate about teamwork and systems thinking
* A proactive mindset–ready to jump in and take initiative
* Grade 4/C or above in GCSE English and Maths
* Desired to have a minimum of three A-Level grades at C or above
* Driving licence preferred but not essential–must have reliable transport
