Sales Development Representative
The Role
Our client is a really exciting tech business within the human resources space that are looking to expand the sales team. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Account Executives.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
* Generate high-quality leads and identify potential opportunities for the sales team
* Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM
* Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
* Collaborate closely with account executives and sales managers to support the overall sales strategy
🌟 Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work effectively
* A keen commercial sense and a strategic approach to sales
📦 The Package
* Base salary of £30,000-£32,500
* OTE of an additional £7,000-£9,000
