Responsibilities
- Help plan and prepare high-quality meals
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Manage and lead kitchen staff effectively
- Oversee food production and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Assist in menu planning and development
Experience
-Must have catering qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent culinary skills with a creative approach to cooking
