Across Worcestershire, Cranstoun co-ordinate the treatment and support of people who use our services, helping them to deal with their substance use so that they can change their lives, be happy and reach their goals. You will be responsible for delivering targeted support to improve continuity of care between prisons and other criminal justice partners with the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service. You will provide in-reach provision at agreed settings including prison or criminal justice settings to support discharge plans from prisons ensuring a smooth transition from prison to community. Our staff teams are motivated and committed to delivering a quality service to residents of Worcestershire and we are looking for likeminded individuals to join us. You will have good Microsoft Office skills and be able to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively. You will have integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a difference. Due to the nature of this role a working knowledge of, and ability to meet, security clearance procedures to work within relevant setting including prison vetting is essential.
