Contracts Administrator – Hybrid working (1 day WFH)

Monday to Friday Office hours / Hybrid working – 1 day WFH

Location: Whitwick, Leicestershire

Basic Salary: £28,000.00 to £32,000.00 Per Annum

Our client is a highly reputable company with a huge presence across the UK. They have gone from strength to strength and experiencing organic growth. Due to huge growth, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and initiative-taking Contracts Administrator on a Full Time Permanent basis and contribute a busy fast paced working environment as a Contracts Administrator.

Contracts Administrator role:

1. Work on various tasks and duties as a Contracts Administrator
2. Process sales quotations and follow through by providing a world class customer service
3. Liaise with internal and external departments for the purpose of producing quotations as a Contracts Administrator
4. Maintain a key eye for detail with being able to identify potential risks regarding Projects and coordinating pricing accordingly
5. As a Pricing Support Coordinator, you will identify customer requirements and provide Pricing accordingly
6. Support external sales team by providing pricing quotations to customers
7. Prioritising work load and multitasking to ensure effective time management as a Contracts Administrator
8. Act a great team contributor with a hands on approach and willingness to assist colleagues within the Sales Support team as a Contracts Administrator
9. Keep in touch with customers on a regular basis regarding order updates / status.
10. Provide a great professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders as a Contracts Administrator

Contracts Administrator requirements:

11. Previous Pricing and Sales Administration experience is ESSENTIAL for the role.
12. Ability to deal with high volume and busy work load within a fast paced environment as a Contracts Administrator
13. Have a flexible approach with willingness to be involved with various Administration duties when necessary.
14. Fantastic communication skills with an elevated level of confidence
15. Exceptional diligence and with great time management and ability to priorities as a Sales Administrator
