12-month FTC | £60,000
An Engineering / Energy company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Lead to support day-to-day IT operations across the business.
This is a hands-off, coordination-focused role, working with internal teams and external IT service providers to ensure BAU support, service delivery, processes, and reporting run smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone moving from IT support, IT coordination, or service delivery into a broader operations role.
Key responsibilities
* Oversee BAU IT operations across multiple regions
* Coordinate with outsourced IT service providers and internal teams
* Support service reviews, vendor performance, and SLA tracking
* Monitor ticket trends, service quality, and recurring issues
* Help improve processes across onboarding, offboarding, access changes, and asset management
* Ensure structured processes are followed across incident, change, and service reporting
Skills required
* Experience in IT operations, IT support, service delivery, or IT coordination
* Experience working with external IT vendors or managed service providers
* Understanding of service reviews, SLAs, and operational processes
* Familiarity with incident and change management
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
* Strong communication and coordination skills
