Receptionist & Administrative Assistant | West End, London | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm | Fully Office-Based | £35-38,000 A global investment management firm is seeking a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join its Administration team in a fast-paced London office. This role is ideal for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys providing high-quality front-of-house and administrative support. The role will work alongside their other Receptionist who is absolutely divine!
Key Responsibilities
* Professionally greet visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
* Manage conference room bookings, meeting setup/clear-down, and AV (Zoom/Teams)
* Coordinate catering, refreshments, and weekly staff lunches
* Maintain reception areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and office facilities
* Liaise with building management, register visitors, and coordinate maintenance
* Handle mail, couriers, and ad hoc administrative tasks (printing, scanning, binding)
* Maintain office logs, records, and documentation
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant experience
* Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
* High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
