Overview
Our client is a very well established firm of Independent Financial Planners with their Head Office based in Ellesmere Port.
They are currently looking for a IFA Administrator to assist their Financial Planning team;
Responsibilities
* Processing new business applications in a timely and compliant manner
* Liaising with product providers, clients and advisers as necessary
* Inputting new business and maintaining and ensuring that new and existing records, both computerised and manual, are kept up to date
* Produce client reviews/valuations
* Follow Client Reporting Online Service procedures
* Maintain client’s cash accounts where income is required
* Keep up to date with providers online wrap/platform services to aid with ongoing servicing of clients
* Maintain GAD activities for clients in drawdown
* Use of The Exchange for risk business, where applicable
* Issue of annual statements to individual clients
* To follow cases through to issue and payment
* To send out policy documents and file copies
* Filing - in accordance with in-house paperless office procedures
* Provide general administrative and clerical support, as required
* Answering telephone and re-directing calls as required
* Greeting individual callers and dealing with as required
* Any other ad hoc duties are instructed by Management
