Head Chef - Restaurant, Exeter £39k + tronc + bonus
This busy restaurant based in Central Exeter is looking for a Head Chef who is passionate about Asian food and flavours using authentic fresh ingredients.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and managing a team of chefs
* Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen including H&S and compliance
* Managing stock, orders and wastage levels
* Hands on across the kitchen, supporting your team in all areas

What we are looking for:
* A strong Head Chef with a minimum of 2 years in role
* Hands on in all areas
* Passion for Asian flavours and cooking fresh, vibrant food
* Good management skills – experienced in leading a team
* Strong knowledge of food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations
* Computer literate
