We are looking for a confident Acting Team Leader (Nights) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll work 42 hours a week, including every other weekend, nights only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Dove Valley Mews.
You will work some shifts as a support worker, and some as a team leader, running the shift, allocating duties, giving medication, and supporting staff and management in the running of the service.

Your day-to-day as an Acting Team Leader:
* Support management and team members in daily service operations
* Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
Your day-to-day as a support worker:
* Provide flexible, person-centred care for all individuals
* Offer physical and emotional support, guidance, and encouragement
* Learn individual needs and assist appropriately
* Support medical and welfare needs, reporting as required
* Safeguard individuals and maintain a safe, clean environment
