We are seeking a highly motivated Equity Analyst to join a leading UK Small Cap Fund. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating investment ideas, conducting in-depth company research, and supporting long-term portfolio decisions. Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct detailed fundamental analysis of UK-listed small and mid-cap companies.
2. Develop and maintain robust financial models to assess valuation and performance drivers.
3. Identify and present new investment ideas and insights to the portfolio management team.
4. Contribute to portfolio discussions and help shape the firm’s investment thinking.
5. Monitor portfolio holdings and track key market and company developments.
6. Communicate findings clearly through written reports and presentations.
About You
7. Experience: 3–9 years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a related financial discipline.
8. Education/Qualifications: FCA qualification (or progress toward it) preferred.
