Job Summary
Provide a professional Talent Acquisition service and effectively partner with key stakeholders globally (across UK, Europe, Americas, and APAC countries) to manage the full resourcing lifecycle. Deliver innovative solutions, support high‑quality recruitment and selection decision‑making, and use recruitment data and analysis to inform decision making and provide timely, decision‑ready information.

Location & Working pattern
Remote, 35 hrs per week Mon‑Fri, with on‑site attendance at Keele for meetings and social events as and when required.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality resourcing and talent management services through multiple channels.
* Provide advice on, develop, and manage bespoke recruitment programmes, including recruitment assessment centres.
* Develop talent pools for generic roles and manage them internally.
* Align organisational skills development and resourcing approaches through succession planning to improve recruitment and retention rates.
* Coordinate the use of the e‑recruitment system to track applicants, create talent pools, improve onboarding, and fulfil GDPR requirements, while gathering MI to inform recruitment strategies and improve quality hires.
* Establish and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of the organisation’s strategy and business requirements and deliver value‑for‑money resourcing solutions.
* Deliver training and coaching to recruiting managers to ensure fair, consistent, and robust recruitment and selection approaches are followed for all appointments.
* Provide an all‑encompassing ‘talent acquisition’ function, with minimal use of third‑party recruitment providers.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of an employer brand for use in all recruitment activities, ensuring the organisation is seen as an employer of choice for talented candidates.
* Research and use external best practice to provide support and advice to stakeholders throughout the business, advising on recruitment market conditions in the sector and the most appropriate and value‑for‑money routes for sourcing and selecting talent.
* Undertake direct sourcing for candidates through social media and networking.
* Map and build early‑career talent pipelines and support the identification of individuals to populate pools for future roles (by maximising university and higher‑education links, apprenticeships, and internal talent pooling through succession planning).
* Research and develop appropriate assessment materials to identify the strongest candidate for the role and to support effective recruitment decision‑making.
* Devise and continually review and implement improvements to recruitment policies, processes, and SLAs so they align with organisational and legislative requirements and ensure optimal efficiency in the completion of recruitment activities.
* Provide timely submission of MI to monitor controls, review the effectiveness of activities, identify recruitment expenditure, and review achievement of SLAs/KPIs, using data to identify areas for performance improvement, establish causes and develop action plans to address.

Essential Requirements
* CIPD qualified or with equivalent experience.
* Experience of managing specialist global resourcing.
* Proven in‑house experience of managing senior, technical, and high‑volume recruitment campaigns.
* Evidence of the use of a range of media channels for sourcing talent, including direct sourcing.
* Experience of developing assessment materials and facilitating assessment centres and decision‑making for a range of levels and roles.
* Experience of building relationships with and managing the performance of third‑party suppliers.
* Experience of managing the full resourcing life cycle.
* Experience of using HR/ATS/onboarding systems.
* Experience in engaging with and influencing stakeholders and management.
