CRM Consultant - West Midlands - £80,000 per annum
DCS Technology, in partnership with our client who is a Microsoft Gold Partner and consultancy, is seeking a CRM Consultant to join their rapidly growing team based in the Midlands.
Role Overview
As CRM Consultant, you will play a vital role in leading the development of the client’s CRM product stream, managing governance and operational delivery of projects, and road mapping future CRM strategies.
Responsibilities
* Supporting sales: Collaborate with and assist the sales team in pre-sales activities and documentation.
* Be a team player: Act as a point of escalation for project managers and junior consultants in complex consultancy queries.
* Cross-functional communication: Liaise with business SMEs in sales and marketing to create effective content for customer engagement.
* Project management: Act as a key contact, managing the performance and progress of CRM projects.
* Meet deadlines: Work within self-set and SLA deadlines to manage customer expectations and deliver quality services.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role working with Dynamics 365.
* Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 products/solutions.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
* Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Customer-centric and collaborative working approach.
* Attention to detail and good time management skills.
* Experience in the NFP or public sectors is highly desirable.
What to Expect
Salary: £75,000 to 80,000 per annum
